Ah, there's nothing quite a nice as having windows pop up with that dreaded dialog saying "Warning: Drive D is running out of space", and then frantically trying to delete enough files to continue recording. Wouldn't it be nice if there was an EASY way to find out just how much time was left on your HD? Damn right it would be nice, and AnalogX is just the man to make it a part of your Digital Audio Reality! AnalogX DriveTime!

DriveTime is about as easy to use as possible... It comes set to the defaults that most people will be using, 16bit files, 44100 sample rate, 1 channel. The beauty of DriveTime is that you can change any of these to whatever your project demands... Recording a synth, at 24bit, 48000, stereo? No prob, just go to the config menu, and set it up - WHAM! The time is now how many minutes of this format can be recorded! If only everything in life were this easy. And since AnalogX knows that desktop space is a valued commodity in this day and age, DriveTime runs ENTIRELY from the task bar, right by the clock. It will display the space in hours, until it gets to 60 minutes or less of space, then it displays in minutes, until you get down to the last 10, and then it displays those last fearful minutes in a bigger font, so you are more likely to see what's going on.

Also, now you can specify a time offset (in minutes) in the Data Config menu; it makes it super-easy to make the drive show only 74 minutes when you're working on a CD, etc! It supports both positive and negative offsets.
